I hateful, I'm not hating at all. For the record, I am totally cool with this, but I'chiliad just maxim… Information technology seems like all of their palettes take something to do with things that are delicious.
The Semi-Sweetness Chocolate Palette has another cousin
Their new Peanut Butter & Dearest palette is an offshoot of Semi-Sweet, from their Chocolate Bar collection, which has a shade in it called Peanut Butter.
So in that location's the original Peanut Butter Palette, the Peanut Butter & Jelly Palette, and now this — the Peanut Butter & Honey Palette.

Warm oranges and carmine browns
The nine powder shadows are all warm-toned, and in that location's a lot of orangish-chocolate-brown and reddish brown action happening, which have been very popular makeup colour themes over the past year or two.
3 minutes — say what?!
The palette comes with an insert called the Glamour Guide that has instructions for three different eye looks. Really, the biggest reason I wanted to try this palette was because it says, "iii steps, 3 looks, 3 minutes" right there on the guide, and I'1000 like, WHAT?! Tell me that isn't appealing — being able to exercise an eyeshadow expect in three minutes. Because it'due south totally appealing to me.
Well..merely one of the looks has three steps. The other looks have four or v. 🙁
I'g wearing the three-footstep look in these pics, and I really was able to do it in three minutes, BUUUUT I was simply able to finish the actual eyeshadow part.
It took me a picayune longer to exercise the brows, lashes and liner. Nigh eight minutes total, but I think it might be possible to end everything in iii minutes (peradventure?) if y'all're a less-is-more kinda gal.
Standout mattes
The mattes are the best thing about Peanut Butter & Honey IMO. They're so much more pigmented than the mattes in Love Story, which was the terminal Also Faced palette I tested, yet merely as easy to blend, then I don't accept to layer them every bit much.
I still get some fallout with these shadow, only you know…that'south just Too Faced.
I get the sense that if I were to accidentally pile on too much of these mattes, they'd wait heavy, and they'd emphasize my fine lines, so on the scale of bomb-@ss mattes, I retrieve these are pretty adept, but not every bit great as the fine line-friendly mattes over at Dolce & Gabbana, Tom Ford and Chanel.
The concluding verdict
I think you'll like this palette, particularly if you dearest warm reddish brownish liners like MAC Costa Riche and Teddy, which expect amazeballs with information technology.
Oh, Peanut Butter & Honey also goes well with orange-red lipsticks, like MAC Lady Danger and Kosas Thrillist, which I'm wearing in these pics.
